• Step 1: Set Up Your Training Space
    • Clear floor space- ideally on a hard floor
      • Harder surfaces are better for your wrists, and easier to balance on
    •  Full length mirror- profile view
      • Watch your form in real time while you practice
    •  Wall space- a door will also work
  • Step 2: Set up Your Device for Recording
    • While you practice, film yourself from a profile view
  • Step 3: Watch the Training Video Above
    • Pause the video when necessary to try out the drills for yourself
    • Use the mirror to check your form as well as film yourself
  • Step 4: Trim Your Training Videos
    • After watching the full training video above, trying the drills, and filming yourself, trim your videos so that they are less than one minute long
      • (Instagram won’t allow you to send videos longer than 1 minute in messenger)
  • Step 5: Send Me Your Training Videos On Instagram to @ShellyFLEX
    • Once I receive your training videos, I will review them and give you my feedback as to how you can improve or perhaps recommend other drills for you to try 🙂
