- While you practice, film yourself from a profile view
- Step 3: Watch the Training Video Above
- Pause the video when necessary to try out the drills for yourself
- Use the mirror to check your form as well as film yourself
- Step 4: Trim Your Training Videos
- After watching the full training video above, trying the drills, and filming yourself, trim your videos so that they are less than one minute long
