"WHAT! STOP IT 🥳 Last month when I first attempted a forearm stand, I couldn’t believe how much it hurt. Shelly Airey would keep telling me to get my face off the mat, but I literally couldn’t 😬 And my shoulders could not hold the weight of my body even if I did manage to kick up into one, which was almost never. Last night I figured what the hell, I’ll give them another shot bc everyone was doing contortion stands and I wanted to try. I damn near cried. The forearm stand was effortless (the contortion part, not so much😂). I was so shocked! I haven’t worked on them since that class bc my main focus has been handstands, so I didn’t know what to expect. Thank you Dia for guiding me in class last night! "Went to Cape Town for a long weekend and the idea was to take a handstand picture on top of the mountain but it was foggy so this is the next best spot. When I first started practicing handstands I developed so many bad habits that actually slowed down my progress. My technique isn't the best but it's getting better. After training with @shellyflex I learnt how to use less muscle and more technique when doing my handstands. She's helped me progress so much faster in a few sessions than I did in the last few years. I am grateful to have you help me in my handstand journey. Full-Body Flexibility w/ CandiceThis class will have you literally bending over backward and seeing the world from a new perspective.
Discover unique exercises designed to target the specific cervical, thoracic, and lumbar levels of your spine as well as open your shoulders and hips for a well-rounded and healthy back-bending experience.
Modifications, & advanced will be provided in order to both accommodate and challenge students of all levels.

Contortion Yoga w/ AriEnergize your day with this wildly popular contortion yoga class that guides you through a seamless flow of yoga postures combined with contortion skills and shapes. Beginner Handstands w/ AhmadEverything you need to finally master your freestanding handstand. Arm Balances, Handstands, & Presses w/ VeraThis class will focus on alignment, strength, and conditioning in order to make your way into your inversions press. There will be a variety of drills both on and off the wall to help you get there faster and safely, as well as supplemental strength conditioning work. Full-Body Conditioning w/ BrennaThis full-body conditioning class is geared toward helping you build upper and lower body strength so that you can dominate those inversions on both the floor and in the air, as well as develop the strong core muscles necessary to provide stability for increasing your flexibility!Thursdays, 6:00 PM

Handstand Conditioning w/ AriGet excited for a challenging, but rewarding, full-body conditioning workout targeted towards taking your handstands to the next level. During this class, you will develop upper-body and core strength as well as endurance for longer handstand holds. Don’t be surprised when you start seeing drastic improvement in your arm balances, forearm stands, and handstands, and are suddenly able to achieve high level skills such as stalder presses and planches!Fridays, 6:00 PM
Stability & Active Flexibility w/ KielanLearn how to develop a strong and stable core in order to safely increase your range of motion.
