The 3-month online coaching program designed to help you unlock your headstands, forearm stands, and handstands.

As a part of our ShellyFLEX Athletics online coaching programs, Inversion Immersion is a condensed 3-month version of our signature year-long program.

We’re offering this program to a select group of individuals who are ready to take their handstands and inversions to the next level.

Beginner Handstands (Wed 5pm, Fri 2pm EST)

  • Everything you need to finally master your freestanding handstand. Get ready to develop your understanding of how to control your entry into your handstand, perfect your alignment, and create balance.

Arm Balances & Beginner Handstands (Tues 8am, Wed 12pm & 9pm, Thurs 1pm EST)

  • This class will focus on alignment, strength, and conditioning in order to help you finally master your press handstand. There will be a variety of drills (both on and off the wall) to help you achieve this challenging skill as quickly and safely as possible. 
    Every class will include a total body warm-up, strength, + flexibility drills, and conditioning exercises

Conditioning Core & Strength (Mon 7pm, Sat 9am EST)

  • This is a fantastic, well-rounded full body conditioning class to get the heart pumping. As well as strengthen your core in order to provide your hips & spine with stability that will allow you to drastically improve your range of motion. 

**BONUS** 1 SPECIALTY SKILLS & TECHNIQUE CLASS W/ SHELLY - (Mon 7am & 6pm, Tues 10am & 3pm, Wed 10am & 6pm, Fri 8am, Sat 10am EST)

  • This is your time to get personalized coaching and feedback on the skills you have learned from the course videos and the follow along classes, and ensure that you are executing the drills and exercises with proper form and technique. Come to class with your questions and ready to work on skills you would like additional help with or feedback on. These classes are customized to fit your goals, and are designed to provide you with the cues and coaching you need to take your skills to the next level.
