  • Must consent to your training video being used for teaching material for my courses
  • Must be coachable and open to feedback
  • Must have access to an open flat wall, free floor space, & a hallway
  • Must have access to the following equipment: foam roller, 2 yoga blocks, full-length mirror, long-looped resistance band, lacrosse ball, 2 chairs of the same height
