Splits, Back-bends, & Skills (Mon 10:30am, Wed 10pm, Fri 9pm, Sat 6:30pm EST)
- During this flexibility and skills class, we will work on getting into those tight hips, opening up your shoulders, and getting deeper into your splits and backbends. Beginner-intermediate contortion skills will be included and modifications will be provided to meet each individual where they are at, and get them further than ever before!
Hip, Hamstring, & Split Mobility (Tues 6pm & Wed 9am EST)
- Get deep into your hips and hamstrings during this fantastic flexibility class, aimed to help you get your splits, over-splits. Enjoy active flexibility exercises that will allow you to show off those standing splits, or clean flat splits in the air or on the pole!
Conditioning & Core Strength (Mon 7pm, Sat 9am EST)
- This is a fantastic, well-rounded full body conditioning class to get the heart pumping. As well as strengthen your core in order to provide your hips & spine with stability that will allow you to drastically improve your range of motion.
Back & Shoulder Flexibility (Tues 9am & 10pm, Thurs 5pm EST)
- Learn how to get deeper into your backbends and shoulders safely and effectively through this thorough flexibility class. Move throughout your cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, and learn how to incorporate your hips into your backbends in order to create beautiful and impressive shapes!
Contortion Yoga (Sun 11am EST)
- Energize your day with this wildly popular yoga class that guides you through a seamless flow of yoga postures combined with contortion skills and shapes. This is the perfect supplement to your training where you'll incorporate deep folds, twists, binds, and breath work, resulting in a wonderfully sweaty and empowering experience.
Strong & Flexy Yoga Flow (Thurs 12pm EST)
- Strength, flexibility, balance, inversions, and a whole lot of fun packed into this unique, high energy yoga flow. Come prepared with your yoga mat, yoga blocks, and free wall space as you bend, invert, and go with the yoga flow, guaranteed to challenge and inspire!
Contortion Choreography (Thurs 6pm and Sat 8am EST)
- Improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and control over your body while also enhancing coordination, dexterity, and body awareness. Showcase the art of bending and twisting the body into impressive positions and shapes as well as provide a sense of accomplishment and increased self-confidence. This is a unique and dynamic form of physical and artistic expression that will challenge both the body and the mind.
- This is your time to get personalized coaching and feedback on the skills you have learned from the course videos and the follow along classes, and ensure that you are executing the drills and exercises with proper form and technique. Come to class with your questions and ready to work on skills you would like additional help with or feedback on. These classes are customized to fit your goals, and are designed to provide you with the cues and coaching you need to take your skills to the next level.
