Flexibility Classes
Full-Body Flexibility w/ CandiceThis class will have you literally bending over backward and seeing the world from a new perspective.
Discover unique exercises designed to target the specific cervical, thoracic, and lumbar levels of your spine as well as open your shoulders and hips for a well-rounded and healthy back-bending experience.
Modifications, & advanced will be provided in order to both accommodate and challenge students of all levels.

Flexibility & Skills w/ JessicaDuring this flexibility and skills class, we will work on getting into those tight hips, opening up your shoulders, and getting deeper into your splits and backbends. Over Splits, Deep Backbends & Contortion Skills w/ TikaraDuring this intermediate-level class, you will work to push your flexibility to the next level. This class incorporates deep full-body flexibility training to advance your active flexibility within your splits and deepen your backends. Then you will utilize your newfound range of motion to explore skills including leg holds, bridge variations, chest stands, arm-balances, handstands and more!Fridays, 11:00 AM
Contortion Yoga w/ AriEnergize your day with this wildly popular contortion yoga class that guides you through a seamless flow of yoga postures combined with contortion skills and shapes. Beginner Handstands w/ AhmadEverything you need to finally master your freestanding handstand. Arm Balances, Handstands, & Presses w/ VeraThis class will focus on alignment, strength, and conditioning in order to make your way into your inversions press. There will be a variety of drills both on and off the wall to help you get there faster and safely, as well as supplemental strength conditioning work. Handstand Shapes & Transitions w/ ArenTired of your boring straight handstand? Intermediate/Advanced Pole Foundations w/ HayleyIn this class we will work on learning and/or refining fundamental tricks and transitions essential for students to expand their pole vocabulary and focus on any areas of improvement. Progressions and regressions will be provided according to level. Students should be comfortable climbing and inverting from the ground.Thursdays, 2:00 PM
